CHARLIE is a black male Labrador Retriever.
He was found as a stray and his owners
were notified but the bastards never
came to pick him up. What
a bunch of JERKS. Oh well, I'm
sure he's much better off without those
losers, because he'll eventually
be euthanized if he doesn't get
ADOPTED.
