TOBY is a brown and white male Beagle. He's approximately 2 years and 6 months old.He's at the humane society because his original family was unable to house train him. (I will hold my negative comment...)
This cute guy is ready for a new loving home. Be aware he enjoys chasing cats. However, he is good with other dogs and adores children.
I think besides being a domestic dog, Toby could also be a part-time model.
