These seem too obvious but:
Mykonos - Fleet Foxes (but I'm sure you will hear it plenty from Lizzy and Jen)
Something from Mamma Mia since it would cover both Sweden and Greece.
And she will hear lots of Mammia Mia from Chelsea:)
I listened to this one a lot on my trip for the Norway connection... but it's Scandinavian:
